Five mobilised men from the Yekaterinburg region of Russia have been killed in the war in Ukraine, local media outlet E1.RU reports. The information was confirmed by a local draft office.

Residents of the town of Nevyansk Oleg Khaydarov and Alexey Gorbunov, resident of the village of Tsementny Oleg Komin, resident of the village of Rebristy Alexander Muzipov, and resident of the city of Neivo-Rudyanka Andrey Chekasin were killed. The men were from 36 to 45 years of age.

Newspaper Mestnye Vedomosti reports that Komin and Khaydarov, according to the official information, were killed on 9 October, while Muzipov and Gorbunov — on 16 October. The date of death of Chekasin is unknown at the moment.

The funerals will be held in the coming days.

Earlier, it was reported that two mobilised men from the town of Polevskoy, Yekaterinburg region, were killed in the war in Ukraine — their names were Maxim Izganin and Ilya Korolyov.

The information about their deaths was confirmed to Novaya Gazeta Europe by a colleague of one of the deceased men Irina Komarova. The exact place where they were killed is unknown.
