Ukraine has successfully returned bodies of 61 killed service members, the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories said in a statement.

“The bodies were transferred in accordance with the Geneva Convention and in adherence to international humanitarian law,” the statement reads.

Overall, the ministry notes that 888 bodies have been successfully brought back to Ukraine to families of the killed service members.

The Russian side has not officially reported about a body swap.
