Мятеж, продолжавшийся два дня, нанес мощный удар и по репутации Путина, и по репутации армии и спецслужб, прежде всего ФСО и ФСБ.
По всем признакам, их требования состояли в отставке Шойгу, министра обороны, и Герасимова, начальника Генерального штаба и командующего операцией в Украине.
Никакие провалы, никакая некомпетентность не приводит к их отставке или понижению в должности.
