The locality of Suzemka in Russia’s Bryansk region has been shelled; one person has suffered a shrapnel wound, says Alexander Bogomaz, the local governor. The injured person has received medical aid; no hospital stay is required.
“We suffered a counterattack by Ukraine. Our military has managed to destroy their firing position eventually,” he wrote. A private detached house was damaged, and windows of a nearby apartment block were smashed.
