FSB: two men suspected of preparing terror attacks on behalf of Ukraine’s intelligence detained

The FSB has reported detaining two men in Bryansk and near Moscow who, as the agency claims, were preparing terror attacks on behalf of Ukraine’s intelligence services, TASS says.
One of the attacks was to target a transport terminal in Bryansk, the FSB claims. “A Ukrainian national was detained, born 1967, who arrived from Kyiv via Estonia on an assignment from Ukraine’s Security Service and collected a stash of explosives made by Ukraine’s agents earlier,” the FSB’s press relations department says.
The agency also shared the video of the detention.
The suspect controlled by Ukraine’s secretive services assembled an improvised bomb and scouted at a warehouse of a logistics company where he was going to plant the bomb. The explosive device equivalent to 3 kg of TNT was confiscated from him.
Another man, born 1972, also Ukrainian national, managed to bring several shoulder-fired SAMs via Estonia using his car. He was detained near Moscow.
“The suspect has acknowledged his crime and cooperates with the prosecution,” the FSB says. Several SAMs were confiscated from him, as well as communication devices used to contact the Security Service of Ukraine.
Russia’s FSB accused Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukraine’s Defence Ministry Intelligence, of organising the Crimean bridge explosion earlier today. A total of 12 persons responsible for the explosion have been identified; eight of them have been detained.
