An “industrial facility” has been shelled in the Grayvoronsky district of the Belgorod region of Russia, governor Vyacheslav Gladkov says in a Telegram post.

“A container of solvent caught fire, no one was hurt,” he clarifies.

Earlier today, Gladkov announced that the “yellow” terrorism alert level was being extended on the territory of the region. Additionally, a ban on launching firecrackers and fireworks has been extended for another two weeks in the region.
