Russia has shelled Kupiansk in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, killing two people, says Kyrylo Tymoshenko of President Zelensky’s office.

A residential building, a health centre, and a school were hit. Tymoshenko has posted pictures of the attacked area.

Russia’s army attacked a maternity ward in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing an infant child, earlier today.
