‘LPR authorities’: HIMARS strike kills 9 in Alchevsk

An attack on a dormitory in Alchevsk has killed at least nine people, says Andrey Marochko, a military leader in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (“LPR”).
“The death toll among civilians has reached nine in Alchevsk as of 11.00 local time, the rescue operation continues,” he wrote.
The “LPR” claims that the Ukrainian army used HIMARS systems to attack the settlement. The strike hit a dormitory where “refugees and construction workers” resided.
It was reported earlier today that one person had been killed by a missile strike in Ukraine’s Kryvyi Rih; three people were injured in yet another Russian attack. “It was a very difficult night. Three cruise missiles hit a manufacturing enterprise. The damages are very serious. The fire has been extinguished; a worker, born 1981, lost his life, and three more people were injured,” the local mayor said.
