Russia’s TASS: 16 people killed in car accident between minibus and truck transporting soldiers in ‘DPR’

Sixteen people were killed in a collision between a truck transporting soldiers and a minibus in the self-proclaimed Donetsk “people’s republic” (“DPR”), Russia’s state news agency TASS reports, citing emergency services.

“On the highway Shakhtarsk — Torez, a truck transporting soldiers collided with a minibus. Sixteen people were killed, three people with injuries were hospitalised,” a representative of the emergency services said.

The driver of the truck is among the deceased. Three soldiers are in critical condition, they were taken to the intensive care unit.
