Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod region, reports that a drone dropped an explosive device on a village hall in Golovchino overnight, as per Gladkov’s Telegram channel.

“A few minutes back, an explosive device was dropped from a drone on the village hall in Golovchino, setting its roof on fire,” Gladkov wrote.

Preliminary data says no people were injured.

A “technological blackout” happened in Crimea’s Simferopol overnight, says Oleg Kryuchkov, local official. The energy supply was restored after four hours.
