Russia fires ballistic missile at Ukraine in a desperate show of force
Ilya VolzhskyNovember 22, 12:39

Vladimir Putin confirmed in a sabre-rattling address on Thursday evening that Moscow had fired a medium-range ballistic missile at the Yuzhmash defence industry plant in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, warning the West that Russia was “entitled” to use more of its weapons against Ukraine and its allies.
“It is as if Moscow is saying to the West: look, we have a missile that can accurately strike with both conventional and unconventional warheads.”
